Continuity

Cellular availability and performance depend on local signal, carrier service, equipment, power, and network conditions. Backup service does not guarantee uninterrupted internet access.
Management

We monitor supported system health, not your browsing history, personal communications, camera footage, or network-traffic content.
Support
- Remote troubleshooting and optimization
- Reasonable remote configuration changes
- Preferred onsite service for $149
Care does not include unlimited onsite labor or unrelated endpoint and third-party application support.
Recovery
- Advance replacement from available Bedrock spare inventory for covered warranty failures
- Replacement labor and configuration restoration for covered failures
- Bedrock management of the manufacturer RMA process
Advance replacement depends on warranty coverage and suitable replacement hardware being available. No specific response or restoration time is guaranteed.

Care supports your network. It does not unlock it.
You own the equipment, and your network's core functionality continues if Care ends. Your subscription pays for our ongoing management, continuity, support, and recovery assistance.
